Smart Equity Program

Smart Equity is cash flow management system that allows you to pay off your mortgage or any other types of debt in a fraction of the time without changing your current budget or spending habits. The system reverse engineers the same complex calculations that banks use to accumulate compounding interest. Clients are assigned a Certified SmartEquity™ Coach to work with them monthly for a 2 to 3 month period. The coach would schedule a 30 minute session using the software and work out a game plan with the client. The coach would follow up with the client and compare where they are to where they should be and make adjustments where needed to stay on track. Clients also get access to our SmartEquity™ online training course to better learn the system. Clients would receive access to both the SmartEquity™ software as well as the SmartEquity™ + accounting system. Client that complete our course with an 80% or better score will be given an opportunity to work with us helping others based on availability.
